The establishment is not a member of any alternative dispute resolution entity accredited in Spain or in any member state of the EU and is not obliged by law or code to participate in the procedure before such entities.
In compliance with consumer regulations, this section provides information on the entity/entities competent to hear consumer and user complaints, although we inform you that this establishment will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
We inform you that you may submit your complaint to the Galician Institute of Consumer Affairs and Competition, directing your complaint to the Provincial Consumer Service of the province where the establishment is located.
You may also file the claim at any center or office of the Administration of the Autonomous Administration of the place of establishment or, in any of the places provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of common administrative procedure of public administrations. Likewise, the claim may be filed at the Municipal Consumer Information Offices (OMIC) or at the associations of consumers or users.
