COMAR, complies with the guidelines contained in the legislation on data protection, and in particular with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April.   In compliance with Spanish and European regulations on personal data protection, it is reported that the personal data that are provided voluntarily by the user will be processed by COMAR, as Data Controller, whose data are:

2. Confidentiality and personal data protection

The personal contact data that you voluntarily provide to us will be processed by COMAR, in a confidential manner, subject to the protection and specifications contained in the data protection regulations and, in particular, to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the collection of which is necessary for the purpose of processing the service you request from us including answering queries or generic contacts.   • To attend your inquiries and requests.

  • Manage the data of users who want to participate in one of our selection processes through the web form that is available.

  • Video surveillance.
    The capture of images obtained and stored through the recording system (video surveillance cameras), used for purposes of prevention, security, labor control, game control, video verification of alarms and protection of persons and property located in the facilities of the Entity.

    • Legitimation: the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller (art. 6.1.c) RGPD); and, the legitimate interest of COMAR (art. 6.1.f) RGPD) with the aim of ensuring the security of its facilities.

In any case, the treatment carried out responds exclusively to these purposes set out above and corresponding to the category of data that were requested, being COMAR as previously indicated, legitimized by the consent that is expressly granted by accepting this Privacy Policy (RGPD art: 6.1
a).
Such consent may be revoked at any time without retroactive effect.
In case of establishing some kind of business relationship, the legitimacy for the processing of data will be contractual (RGPD art: 6.1
b) and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Marketing) (RGPD art: 6.1 f).
We also inform you that your data will be retained for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations or as long as you do not exercise your rights of cancellation or opposition and/or revoke your consent.
Once the period of retention of personal data, they will be deleted and anonymized.
COMAR, has adopted the necessary technical measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the treatment, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

4. Communication of data to third parties

Personal data will be processed by COMAR and will not be disclosed to any entity without the express consent of the user, unless COMAR is obliged to do so.
Personal data will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party except for:
(I) possible subcontractors of COMAR (telecommunications operator, hosting service providers and maintenance of information systems, payment and fraud management providers, etc.), for purely technical and logistical reasons; and,
(II) in case of a reorganization of the COMAR group including total or partial transfer of assets, merger, acquisition, merger and, in general, any reorganization operation.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the other companies of the COMAR group for purposes of management and optimization of the requests that may be made by the user, and subject to consent.

We also inform you that such data will NOT be used for sending unsolicited commercial communications by e-mail or not expressly and previously authorized by the interested party; as an exception, informative mailings may be sent in the case of having established any as stipulated in the LSSICE.
